EXPRESSIVE FLOWER PAINTING ONLINE

This exciting online course with Rob Unett gives participants a fantastic immersion into responding expressively to the amazing variety of shapes, colours, lines and textures of different flowers and plants. Rob creates many exercises for participants to work with from around twenty different flower set ups given with the course to paint from. All of the set ups have full length demonstrations by the artist to help illustrate the exercises which encourage inventive exploration with mixed media on different scales from dry drawing materials through to inks and acrylic washes which are often worked into to allow the materials to play their part in the creation of dramatic, colourful and bold flower paintings and drawings.

This course will feed new ways of working with materials into any subject you might usually work with. An exciting and liberating course taught by a master of expressive mixed media painting.

The course is pre-recorded so that you can take your time to really absorb the wealth of advice, practical exercises and demonstrations throughout the course. We would advise spending at least around 3-4 days working your way through the course. The artist suggests that it would be good to create several studies from each exercise to fully explore the learning and new techniques and approaches. You have unlimited access to the course for 12 months.
