This time, in true mixed media style, Faye tapes three coloured pencils together to warm up with layered drawings on one sheet of paper. She shows us how to embrace the lack of control when using ink with a stick and pushes paint around with card to explore the marks and tones that can be created. The model is beautifully lit to make a strong shadow to include in the drawings.

This session with Faye Dobinson will require color pencils, graphite, brushes, oil pastels, paint, kitchen roll, ink and a stick. If you don't have all of these materials, you can still get a lot out of the session.
