Life Drawing Session No.53

In this session Jon is exploring the relationship between light and shade and how it can communicate 3D form. Further into the lesson he shows us interesting ways to make more abstract marks using indian ink (or watered down acrylic paint) and kitchen roll.

Tutor:
Jon Doran

Materials used on this course:

This session with artist Jon Doran will use black ink (indian or any other black ink or a watered -down black paint like acrylic will do) fairly strong brown or toned paper or paper with a toned wash, two pots of water, short round brush, kitchen roll and protective gloves if preferred. However, you don't need all of these to still get a lot out of the session.
