Anna Harris

Anna is one of the artists who exhibits in our annual fundraiser and you will find her as a guest tutor across our Year-Long courses.

Anna works across sculpture and drawing, and occasionally text, to create pieces that speak of geological processes and deep time. She is particularly interested in using geology to decentralise the human point of view and focus on the nonhuman agencies that shape the world around us. As a result, her work often revolves around gathering materials from the landscape, particularly from intertidal zones – spaces where materials exist between the human and nonhuman, between object and material.

Since graduating from Falmouth School of Art in 2022, Anna has exhibited work across the UK including at Newlyn Art Gallery, Oxford University, and the Royal Cornwall Museum.
